Hardware Assessment

Understand customer business processes in detail and assess hardware compatibility for smooth implementation.

Gofrugal Application Installation

Install the Gofrugal application on server and client systems for centralized access and use

Client licenses are automatically synced via the server. Manual syncing for clients is not required

License Activation

Activate licenses on the server as per the order terms to enable full product access

Product Training & Resource Orientation

Conduct hands-on training sessions and guide customers on accessing support resources like tutorials, print profile library, the Knowledge Base, troubleshooting guides, and live chat

Master Data Migration (MIT)

Migrate master data such as items, customers, and suppliers using Gofrugal's MIT tool.

Gofrugal will guide customers on using the data import sheet, but data preparation must be done by the customer. Import assistance will be provided once the data is ready. Extended support for data migration is chargeable.

Customized Print Profile Setup

Create and configure print profiles tailored to business requirements.

Any requests made after implementation-including configuration, training, or data updates-will be treated as paid services.

POS Hardware Installation & Configuration

Install and configure POS hardware such as barcode printers, scanners, weighing scales, pole displays, cash drawers, smart cards, and required drivers.

Third-Party Software Setup

Install and configure external software, including OS, antivirus, firewalls, and SQL databases; resolve related training or configuration issues.

Data Entry & Verification Support

Assist with initial data entry, data validation, and addressing related data accuracy concerns.

Included - Service is covered under Gofrugal's standard product delivery.

Paid Add-on - Not included in standard delivery. Can be purchased as additional service hours.

Customer Responsibility - This service is entirely customer-managed. Gofrugal does not offer support for this.

Terms & Conditions

At Gofrugal, we ensure a structured and seamless implementation process. Your Account Manager (AM) will be your dedicated point of contact, guiding you through every step.

Training & Implementation

  • Additional training hours

    Customers can purchase extra training hours at ₹1,000+ tax per hour

  • Training mode and charges:

    • Sessions up to 2 hours are conducted online only
    • Sessions of 3+ hours can be conducted in-store with applicable travel and lodging charges
    • Ex-station charges (travel beyond 1 hour from base) - Charges will be collected on actuals.
    • Out-station charges (Overnight stay required) - Charges will be collected on actuals.
  • Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

    Customers must assign an SPOC to attend all training sessions, provide feedback, and ensure progress. The SPOC assigned must remain the same throughout the project and cannot be changed mid-way

    • The SPOC must ensure the right internal team members are available for consultations and decision-making during the project
    • Customers must designate key users within their team to act as internal trainers to ensure effective knowledge transfer across the organization
  • Training completion timeline (for a standalone PD process only)

    All training sessions must be completed within the following days of installation, as below for every edition:

    • Starter - 7 days.
    • Standard - 15 days.
    • Professional - 30 days.

    After this period, any unused service hours will expire. Additional time requires an additional purchase.

  • Rescheduling policy

    Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Late requests will not be accommodated.

Operational Guidelines

  • Pre-scheduled training & travel

    Customers should plan and confirm training schedules in advance

  • Urgent reschedules

    A minimum 48-hour notice is required for rescheduling confirmed sessions

  • Training handover to Assure Care

    After successful implementation, customers transition to 24/7 Assure Care for continued support

  • Availability

    Customers must ensure the right internal team members are available for consultations and decision-making throughout the project

Project Readiness & System Requirements

  • Any additional requirements not available in the existing features will be considered based on feasibility. Project timelines will not be held up due to such requests
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete data for migration to the new system
  • Customers must ensure the system meets any industry-specific regulatory requirements and that the necessary hardware is available prior to installation

Documentation & Payments

  • Customers must share proper KYC details for future coordination and smooth communication
  • Any outstanding amount related to the order must be cleared as per the projected timeline
